Use your household size to find the maximum annual household income for each income level. The applicable limit depends on the apartment’s designation.

Meeting an income limit does not guarantee eligibility or apartment availability. Additional program and rental criteria apply. For households larger than six people, please contact our leasing team.
Our community also includes market-rate apartments. The income limits above apply to income-restricted apartments. Ask our leasing team about current availability.
Age Qualifications
Jubilee at Texas Parkway has an age requirement: at least 80% of the community’s apartments must be occupied by at least one person age 55 or older. Contact our leasing team to discuss the requirements for your household.
